Arcplan Mobile makes it possible to create business intelligence apps for smartphones quickly and without any programming
Arcplan announces the launch of arcplan Mobile, its BI solution for iPhone, iPad, Blackberry and Android smartphones. With arcplan Mobile, users can create and distribute mobile BI applications quickly and device-independently to display detailed reports as well as interactive, animated dashboards. As a result, arcplan improves decision-making by enabling employees to have easy access to operational and financial data 24/7.
Arcplan Mobile, which is free for the first 10 users, offers direct and secure access to company data, regardless of whether it is stored in SAP, Oracle, IBM, Microsoft or other systems. Important functions include ad-hoc analysis and data mining, just like arcplan's desktop BI tool. Employees have access to critical information and analyses on the go, allowing sales staff for example to carry out flexible analyses with the most up-to-date information about customers, products and orders while out of the office. The solution delivers real-time information about the company's performance and lets management to react immediately to changes. In order for extensive amounts of company data to be reviewed easily, arcplan Mobile also supports autorotation, which allows information to be viewed horizontally or vertically on the device.
