Amazon Relational Database Service allows for configuring, using, and scaling a relational database in the cloud.
The service automates administrative tasks such as hardware provisioning, database configuration, patch deployment, and backup creation.
Amazon RDS is available for various database instance types (optimized for memory, performance, or I/O operations) and provides six well-known database engines to choose from: Amazon Aurora, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle Database, and SQL Server.

Azure Data Factory (ADF) is a powerful data integration service for Microsoft's Azure platform, enabling you to automate and manage the movement of data between on-premises, cloud and third-party data sources.
It provides a graphical interface to easily create, schedule and monitor data pipelines that are built using Azure technologies such as Azure Data Lake Analytics, Power BI Premium and HDInsight. With these tools, you can create a variety of workloads such as extract-transform-load (ETL), real-time streaming analytics, machine learning, and advanced analytics jobs.
Azure Data Factory integrates with Azure Storage, Azure Blob Storage and Azure SQL Database. It also integrates with other Microsoft products such as Power BI, Machine Learning Studio, HDInsight and R Server.
